Order Process
We process orders overnight and shipment will be done the next day from the day of purchase. Our cutoff time is 6.00 pm and any order that we receive after 6 pm will be processed the next day.
Shipping rates
All our shipping rates are calculated based on region and will have a flat shipment fee applied to your order. Any order that is bigger than the average order size (up to 5kg) will be charged separately by contacting the customer.
Shipping Duration
Shipping duration can be various based on where you live. Usually, any order processed around Auckland takes up to 1-2 days but during COVID this time frame might be different.
Anywhere out of Auckland can take up to 3 – 7 days for delivery.
