Need somewhere to start or to get back on track?
This is a month-long challenge and aims at getting more people moving and walking.

Now is the time to get moving
Includes: being part of the private Facebook Group, accountability, support, encouragement, The 7 steps to Healthy Eating E-Book, A printable habit tracker, A free eating plan which includes shopping list, meal plan and recipes.
It doesn’t matter if you are starting out or a seasoned walker, this is a perfect challenge for you!
You could have a 1,000, 5000, 6000, 8000, or 10,000 plus step goal. Just make sure you state your goal at the beginning.
How it works…
1. Walk a minimum of your step goal a day
2. Post a picture of proof – must include steps and a date from a tracking device (e.g; fitbit, garmin, smartwatch, pedometer, google fit etc) or phone to the private Facebook group
3. Post your steps by midnight.
5. Be kind and encourage others
6. Have fun!
The whole idea is to get moving, meet new people, have some fun and be a part of a group that will encourage motivate and support. There will be challenges for fun.
