Add 1-2 scoops with water, milk or your favourite milk alternative and other ingredients. For a Milkshake tasting high protein snack.

Warm It Up

Follow instructions as per snack section. Then microwave the mixture for 30 seconds.

Cooking

Add it as topping to your favourite cakes, pancakes, muffins and other baking recipes for a healthy post-workout snack or an afternoon pick-me-up.
